Sad little pics done with a cell, out of focus, not enough light, toilet seats up, creepers in the background…you name it. Nearly 90% of buyers first view a home online prior to viewing in person. If you can’t grab their initial interest online they probably aren't going to take the time to call an agent and schedule a showing.

My stager lives and dies by this statement: “Stage a room the way Builder Bob intended and let a potential buyer figure out how they would need to use it.”

The views are spectacular and not just from one seat or table. If you’re not seated near the windows, you have the backdrop of incredible chandeliers, luxurious furnishings and beautiful people to keep you entertained.

You want all the pretty and shiny new things? I get it…hard to say no to that new house smell. That immaculate paint job. That toilet seat that no one has ever sat upon. When we first started to visit Mayday, the block of industrial buildings that house their frothy goodness had absolutely nothing going for it…other than beer. It seriously looked like a backdrop for one of the Saw movies.
