About Me

I spent the first half of my career in corporate America grinding out the 9-5 routine, eventually accepting a position for a large residential investor with an amazing mentor. What began as an interesting change of career for me ended up being the crash course of a lifetime in residential real estate. To give you some perspective, the average realtor closes 4 deals a year. We bought, flipped and sold over 134 homes in an 11 month time frame with an internal staff of three! It was intense and I was hooked. When the investor finally met their goal in the Nashville area, my husband convinced me to take the huge leap of faith to go from “employee” to “self-employed” and here we are…9+ years later and it is still a passion. I cannot wait to work with you!

A Lil Personal:

I’m proud to call the Nashville area home for over 30 years and counting. When I’m not hunting for homes to feed my adorable but emotionally abusive puppy, you can usually find me roping my husband into another reno project, working out, hosting parties, volunteering and reading psychological thrillers! And the name isn’t as complicated as it looks…it’s pronounced “Van Tee Gum.” :-)
